The Blue Door, Red Door, Yellow Door & Me Two’s classes provide stimulating, hands-on programs, which allow youngsters to grow and explore at their own pace. Both independence and cooperation are emphasized. A typical day’s schedule consists of a balance of activity time and structured group time. Children develop cognitive and social skills through cooking, art, science, storytelling, music & movement, and dramatic play.
The classrooms have a wide range of materials for children to choose from: books, blocks, puzzles, games, musical instruments, paint, sand-water tables, dress-up clothing, and much more. Throughout the year, children take special trips to the library, fire station, farmer’s market and other places of interest.
Yaldaynu serves nutritious kosher morning and afternoon snack. Children bring lunch from home and eat together in the classrooms
